Return Period
You have the right to return custom-made blinds within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where applicable.
For standard items that are not custom-made, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund.
The return period begins on the day after you receive the goods. To exercise your right to return, you must inform us of your decision before the end of the return period.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be in original packaging where applicable
- All components, accessories, and documentation must be included
- Items must not show signs of installation, damage, or wear
- Items must not have been altered or modified
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or to deduct from the refund amount to reflect any reduction in value.
Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning items because they are faulty, incorrect, or not as described, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
If you are returning items for any other reason (change of mind, incorrect size ordered by you, etc.), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage. We are not responsible for items lost in transit if you choose an untracked service.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us by phone or email within the return period to notify us of your intention to return items
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with a return authorization and return address
- Package the items securely in their original packaging if available
- Send the items to the address provided using a tracked shipping service
- Retain proof of postage until your refund is processed
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described:
- Custom-made blinds that have been manufactured to your specific measurements
- Items that have been installed or used
- Items that have been damaged due to misuse or accident
- Items that cannot be resold due to health or hygiene reasons
- Items that have been personalized or customized beyond standard options
If custom-made items are faulty or not as specified, they may be returned for repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
General Legal Requirements
This return policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
If you are a consumer, you have additional rights under consumer protection legislation, including the right to receive goods that are:
- Of satisfactory quality
- As described
- Fit for purpose
If goods do not meet these standards, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of the time limits stated above.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it enters the manufacturing process without penalty. Once manufacturing has begun, cancellation may be subject to charges to cover work completed and materials used.
To cancel an order, contact us immediately. We will confirm whether cancellation is possible and any applicable charges.
If you cancel before manufacturing begins, you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid within 14 days of cancellation.
Refund Procedure
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless you agree otherwise.
Refund processing times:
- Once we receive and inspect returned items: within 14 days
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days after processing
- Bank transfer refunds: 3-5 business days after processing
If you are returning items for reasons other than fault or error on our part, we may deduct from the refund amount to reflect any reduction in value of the goods.
We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
