Payment & Ordering Information
Payment Methods
We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, and debit card. For commercial orders, we can arrange invoice terms with approved accounts. A deposit of 50% is required to confirm orders, with the balance due upon completion before delivery or installation.
All prices are quoted in British Pounds and include VAT at the current rate. Payment processing is secure and handled through established financial service providers. Receipts and invoices are provided for all transactions.
Order Process
After initial contact, we schedule a consultation to discuss your requirements. For on-site consultations, we take precise measurements and provide material samples. You'll receive a detailed written quote within 48 hours, valid for 30 days.
Once you approve the quote and place your order, we begin manufacturing. We keep you informed of progress and notify you when your blinds are ready for delivery or installation. Final payment is processed upon completion, before delivery.
